Jefferson has a lot to be grateful for. As a young boy, he almost became a primary school dropout in his native country. In his mid-adulthood, he fell into a downward spiral since the sudden passing of his dad. Today, he is considered as one of the thought-leaders in Africa and everyday he is doing what he loves – to inspire, coach, advise and educate leaders. He recognises that without the invaluable contributions from his family, friends, and above all, South Africa, he wouldn’t be where he is today. Currently, apart from serving as a full-time faculty at one of the top business schools in the world – Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS Business School) Jefferson is a seasoned strategy consultant, prolific executive coach, and insightful motivational speaker.
Jeff has a PhD in Innovation focused on uncovering the factors that empower teams to harness collective intelligence and uplift team innovativeness. A bit of a mouthful, but Jeff is a leading authority on this stuff!
